  1. Ukraine want to have symbolic win. Like how Ukraine claim that they will sink all the Russian Black Sea fleet navy with those missiles. Ukraine still holding on the idea that they will retake Crimea. The Ukraine is under the idea that the increase of their weapons will make them win this war, artillery duel continue I guess. But Kiev government forget one thing. The longer the range of their weapons, the smaller Ukraine going to be.
