  2. @ you did said it yourself. It not fix and lot of loophole. Doing it first but with weakness for wiggle room is not exactly a good thing. You talking about one person life wealth + their parents here. One mistake half or all of these is gone to gold digger. We don’t want weak law enforcement. Being first is not badge of honor, doing it right is the best.
