The thumbnail of the big paw print got me. In 2016 we decided to have built a enclosed heated swimming pool. The owner of the pool company asked me to come out to see the concrete patio they had just finished smoothing out for our deck/TV area at the far end of the pool. When we both noticed my very big Walker hound on the far side of the wet cement who decided to take a walk across the wet cement. The pool guy was horrified, but I laughed. I told him to leave the big paw prints as it would always remind me of my big lovable boy. I lost my hound boy 07-19-23. I laugh everyday when I go out to the pool and see those beautiful paw prints. Shalom

@Shastavalleyoutdoorsman Val's paw prints are in a covered area of the pool with a table & TV. The pool guy I remember was horrified that it happened, I could not help laughing. That was my hound dog.

@Tmrfe0962 When "Valentine" did that I thought this was his gift to me for when he was gone.

You mentioned flight 19. As a navy man I have always wondered how 5 modern aircraft "for that day" and 14 air crew disappeared without a trace to this very day? Shalom

@theophrastus3.056 We both are lucky people that have these as a reminder of our fur buddies. It has been 15 years since we had a cat & I still fondly remember the many laughs they gave me. Shalom

Long ago Schlitz made a great dark beer. We would leave our ship & drive the 50 miles to a great bar to enjoy an evening drinking this great beer. Plus the place had great food and it was "Cheap"! It was great when you had a two day leave & could relax on the beach with this dark beer. The people who wanted to ban alcohol in WW 2 did not think about they were asking 16 and 17 year old boys to charge in the face of machine guns and cannons.

I believe this was in a WW 2 Cary Grant submarine movie as well.

You made a error/mistake in that the battleship USS Tennessee BB-43 fought the most battles in WW 2. The TN earned 10 battle stars for battles she fought in during WW2. The USS North Carolina BB-55 earned 15 battle stars. One battle star for each battle. Shalom

I wish we had the internet back in 1977. In late 1977 I reported to my first navy duty station at the Brooklyn navy yard. I needed a car shortly afterwards and purchased a used Chevy Vega. Not knowing about any of the problems listed in the video. Everyone has heard of gas guzzling cars. My Vega was a - - "Oil guzzling" pile of junk. I had to carry oil by the cases in the car! I was driving into the navy yard thankfully on a "Sunday morning" when the front end suspension broke over the right wheel. I was at the top of one of the bridges in the far left lane when it happened. The car pulled hard to the right crossing 3-4 lanes to the far right side of the bridge. Coming to a stop just inches from the guard railing. I have never owned or driven a Chevy since~! I rather ride on a old mean mule than risk my life in another pile of junk car. I enjoyed your video greatly because it brought back memories now that are funny, but then no so much. Shalom
