  1. This taking head is missing the point completely. The LLC has a document they claim has Presley's signature on it and on this document it is notarized by a notary. The notary has said she never met Presley, nor did she sign/notarize the document. So it would appear the granddaughter is 100% right that this is a total scam. This appears to be a big fraud attempt. Shalom
