Russia has lost more than 3 times that number in just 16 months. Russia should surrender before they no longer have a military. The west will help Ukraine rebuild, then become part of NATO. No one is going to help Russia rebuild. Their military is being drained & worn down to nothing. The Russian economy has been smashed with the military loses and sanctions. The loss of the Slava class cruiser would cost hundreds of millions just to replace.
