  1. I just read an Otago Daily Times article about Health NZ and its IT upgrades. It tells a story of the current government putting things on hold . It points out how putting on hold has reduced productivity gains. Money was allocated by Labour to do this work, but three party government stopped the work. Cabinet need to own up to the effects of the choices it makes.
