  3. Re need to explore a financial transaction tax. The exchange of any items in the economy involve a financial transaction. We very much a electronic payment system in NZ. So banks have data. Banks can charge fees for there services. So if government applied a 0.001% tax what revenue would be produced?

  5. We need to introduce estate duty again, increase GST but reduce PAYE , introduce property tax on all land, see if GST can be applied to exports!

  6. It is an important point about housing costs. Look back to the 1960s. The debt based economy is a problem! Politically avoid discussion matter!
