  2. Super qualification. Can Labour change 50 to 65 being in NZ rule. Currently, you need to be in NZ for 10 years from you, which are 20 to 65. But 5 of those years must be from between 50 to 65. The 10 years is climbing over the next 10 years. The retirement commission said the 50 to 65 with 5 years of total be removed. This idea was introduced back in the early 80s, I think. Please change the law to be more equaliable!
