  1. Warkworth intersection issue and roundabouts. Auckland Transport with lots local consultation has money put aside but ...opp! The three party government changed the rules and so Transport NZ will not fund the project now but under Labour's policy it would get funding vai Wellington.

  2. Good to see the current government has endosed the "LAND FOR LIFE PROGRAM" relating to farms. The scheme started by Labour in Hawkes Bay has completed its successful political. Now, it is to be expanded as announced on December 5th.Labours success!

  3. We have the current situation due National. During the period 1949 to 1984, National was the government for 29 years, and it chose roads over rail and public transportation. Remember National abolished the bridge toil ( in 1977 I think 47 years ago, just think how much money would have been collected and in bank for a second crossing ). Recently they stopped the regional petrol tax without introducing the congestion charges. So Auckland is short money again.

  4. In 1974 the harbour crossing across to Pt. Chevalier was dosmissed to softness of the seabed. Mayor Brown miss this out when expressed his view.
