  6. Why is the government not building homes( dwellings)? They must be able to build and sell for a price lower than private business in that there not need to be return on capital as return is health of NZ. ( 40% can be state houses like the 1930s and balance sold.

What has happened under the three party government in a single year? Have households incomes increased by$5k.
