  1. Why does he and the government think local authorities are not capable of deciding for themselves ? At the election, he personally said local authorities are the best at running three waters. Local decisions and local choices. How a government changes it talk so quickly?

  2. @geoffneal9146  The price butter has increased by 49% in the past year( I note there choice about buying butter) . Reports on cost increases show bridge construction costs have risen by more than 5 % . Also additional revenue is needed to build more things than in previous years.
