  3. Last year, I drove up north. Kawakawa, Kaikohe, and other towns seem the same size as they were 20 years ago. Why? If business moved manufacturing there and houses built ( or relocation of houses from Auckland ( moved for infill housing)) . Northland would be better off, yes? Come on, NZ First and National MPs create policy that achieves this.
