As I explained. The bill of rights does not apply to private companies and citizens. Rather citizens and government.

  8.  @rebeccarivera5402  based on the very simple standards called terms of service that these social media companies put forth. That’s how it works. The constitution doesn’t apply between a citizen and a private company. That’s what terms of service are for instead. It’s really simple. The constitution is a contract between government and citizen. Not citizen and private company.
