  5. IKR OK I don’t know. But even holding aside whatever their individual objectives were, neither are US officials. THATS what the Logan Act is meant to prevent. So quite plainly, if it was illegal for Kerry it’s illegal for Guliani. Neither are US officials and neither had/have business working on behalf of the US.
