So just to enlighten you, In truth claims, the burden of proof is on those who make a claim. Not on those who reject it. Again, the question is. How do you know she was a cigarette smoker? Just one piece of evidence is sufficient.

  5.  @Ytnzy250  By "smoking in public, you obviously mean the prohibition of smoking inside public spaces such as offices, shops and pubs. There's no ban on smoking outside. However, what has a ban got to do with whether an individual chooses to smoke at home, or where it's legal? The answer is none. There are still a minority of adults, which still do still engage in the habit. Lung cancer is primarily, but not exclusively a result of cigarette smoking. Even passive smoking can cause it. However, smoking is responsible for only 70% of lung cancers. So there are plenty of lung cancer cases, where the person didn't smoke. Again, what evidence do you have that she smoked cigarettes?
