  1. It depends where they're from and if their beliefs and culture are the same as the country they're moving to. In the case of Britain ,anyone from Europe or the Anglosphere, will have no problem assimilating and contributing to the society. Those not in that group won't. Especially, if there is no pressure for them to do so and laws are changed to suit them.

  3.  @Vrayanderson6018  Of course. It should be English, Welsh and maybe Gaelic only. Learn English,which should take only a few years to reach a certain standard. Especially in the usage of words like "give me", "child benefit", "housing benefit", "free medical care" and all those other economy depleting phrases.
