@lasigh3883 Some were dispossessed for a certain period, until independence. Do you expect these Third World migrants to be there only on a temporary basis too?

@lasigh3883 Luckily, I do have a knowledge of Irish history.I was referring to the rich English landowners from the time of Cromwell, who left on, or before independence. As to the mostly Scottish planters. Why don't we take it back to the beginning, when people from Ireland moved to Scotland, and brought their language and culture with them. What about those "invaders". Were they "illegal immigrants too. Why do you think that Celtic football club exists, and the source of the iconography it uses?

@lasigh3883 Stop avoiding the question. Was it the Irish who first colonized Scotland, or the Scottish who colonized Ireland? It's a simple answer. As for Celtic F C. If they are British. Then what is their obsession, with Ireland and it's heritage?
