  1. It's hardly surprising that she could get away with being a fake psychiatrist. The way they work, and the fact that they never have to physically examine a patient, and prescribe treatment for physical conditions. Makes it easier for them to get away with the deception. Why doesn't the UK just train more of its people for careers in health care? And pay them a decent wage, to keep them working in those jobs in the UK.
