In a city of 20 million the odds are that such a thing would happen eventually. Does not mean it is not sad, just means it is not an indicator of crime in the city.

You have a convention and at the convention they decide who the nominee is and then they run that candidate. In this case they choose someone other than Biden and the race continues as it always has. What do you think would happen if Trump croaked tomorrow? Would the RNC just hand the presidency to the Democrats or would they choose another candidate?
