the militias plan? I'm guessing probably from text, emails, Undercover FBI agents with voice recordings. Video evidence of their meeting and discussing on the day preparing for the assault. That kind of stuff.

Is that assumption based on the fact that cops gun down middle aged white people so often?

@brothermine2292 I have no problem with it. It's called free will. If you choose to follow a despot then you are just as guilty. Last I checked the laws are clear enough that no decent American would assault the nation's Capitol period. Now I suppose that on individual basis they can be tested to see if they are mentally challenged in some medically definable way and give them leniency based on that, otherwise F em.

@yochulylamusica651 proud boys, 3%'s, etc. They actually could lock them all up under the rico act if they can prove they were planning insurrection.

@brothermine2292 My point is obvious that is why you understood it. By the way don't you think it would be mighty hard to claim "moral high ground" when you are planning to assault the nation's capital? What is the argument" "well excuse me your honor, but I had to bring an array of weapons because we thought the police might fire on us when we broke through the barricades and rushed them?" Are you serious?

@jimb1117 If that is the case they won't be charged with anything and soon be free. Happy? Personally I don't think the claim that "we thought Antifa might try to stop us from assaulting the Capitol so we brought a lot of guns to shoot them with." will prove a very strong defense.

@panpluto13 Technically locking them up is the first step in prosecuting them.
1
@panpluto13 Not sure what you mean. Unlikely they would be arrested if a prosecution was not forthcoming. It would not make much sense to arrest them and then say "April fools no prosecution for you".
1
@panpluto13 what the hell are you talking about? Do you have a point?
1
Let me attempt to make this clear to you. Forst someone commits a crime. 2. They get caught. 3. They get prosecuted for the crime. Where the hell in that process do you see first they don't prosecute them?

@panpluto13 I'd love to hear your definition of rage. Do you often tell people "You can debate that with kalief browder." when you can't explain yourself?
