  3.  @rc7625  I already have. It's not about making fun of fat people. The bit is about consumerism and excess and how our system has turned us into perfect little consumers to the point we are a physical manifestation of the system we live under. It's not the same as making a joke about a specific person and laughing at how fat they are. There is a difference. If Carlin was alive and made the same joke today no reasonable person would be trying to "cancel" him.

  4. @Dusty Bottoms No offense, but it still seems you are operating on some definition of wokeness that is only clear to yourself. Carlin did not do a bit laughing at fat people. Frank Zappa hated Republicans and conservative ideas and so did Carlin. How much more woke is there?

  6. @Dusty Bottoms Don't know the other two, but Amy schumer is not funny to anyone. How about woke entertainers like George Carlin or Frank Zappa? Frankly I think Woke is just more Orwellian newspeak that is so vague it could apply to anything. It's the equivalent to calling anyone you don't like ANTIFA. ANTIFA is not real and does not exist and yet it has become the boogie man to the right.
