  1. Interesting that no one wants to discuss the racial issue. The pro Guido supporters call themselves Spaniards and make up less than 1/3 of the Venezuelan population. There is no way they can win in an fair election because they don't have the numbers.

I get my information from journalists who have been in south America for decades and one in particular who has been reporting on Venezuela for more than 20 years. I also see the obvious racial difference between Guidos supporters and the Maduro demonstrators. The difference is striking. You said yourself it's a bunch of "poor" people who don't want Maduro overthrown. This is not the first time the US has attempted this as you know. The same thing was attempted when Chavez was in office and his opposition with the help of the US kidnapped Chavez and claimed he had "stepped down". It was these "poor" people who ran them off in large numbers and restored Chavez. You must understand that if the US invades Venezuela it will involve the bombing of your cities and the deaths of tens of thousands of Venezuelans. Is that really what you want?
