  5.  @TheMadBeach  Why do people speak about landlords like we are some kind of evil entity? I get it when you live in a large complex owned by a corporation. Those landlords the government will protect and bailout. It is the people who own one rental that are screwed. I took care of my handicapped brother until he died and he left me his duplex. I am not rich and I do not deserve to lose everything. I lost my home of 25 years in 08 and now they are going to get me again.
