  1. OK I want to address a common thread I'm seeing. The thought that all "old" people become racist "conservatives". I'm 54, my mother is 94 my father is close to that. I am the youngest of 4 and on top of that we all live in Florida. What is the point? All of us are Democrats and we all voted for Bernie Sanders. Those of my parents generation who remember FDR see how Bernie's policies fall in line with FDR's. So don't think that because you grow older you lose sight of your principles. If anything we hold them closer. If you are a young compassionate human being you will likely become more so as you grow older. If you are a young ignorant bigot you will probably vote for Trump and when he loses hold out hope that you can vote for Trump's head on a robot body when you grow old. Don't fear growing old, you will hopefully gain wisdom while doing so.
