@geddoe316 I'll deal with that after the peak. Besides it will be mad max if Trump carries out his plan to leave us on our own in 2 weeks. With proper testing and containment things might have been very different, but it is too late for that now. Best of luck to us all.

 @thomasgrabkowski8283 Still has nothing to do with our situation. We have not taken the action nor do we have the resources China has and it took them 2 months to get to this point.

@thomasgrabkowski8283 and how is what we have done anything like what they did in China? They did massive testing and quarantined entire cities and it took them over 2 months. They just took Wuhan out of quarantine.

@thomasgrabkowski8283 Hong Kong thought they had beat it too. Soon as they started gathering in crowds they had a second outbreak.

@christhompson5880 Hell truth is if they had not disbanded the pandemic response team they would likely have caught this and stopped it in China

@christhompson5880 The response team monitored communication world wide to look for chatter of such things. When the doctor first released his story and it started to go viral in China. They would have caught that and gone public with it to pressure China. They are credited with stopping multiple outbreaks prior to being disbanded.
