  6. Hmm not sure if it considered treason, but yes it would be illegal to do so. That is the intention of the constitution. The idea is to prevent a tyrant from running the country by executive order.

  8. Well, the idea is that war should be debated so that congress can decide if there is a real threat and cause for action. Not leave it in the hands of one man to make that decision.

Is your argument that under no circumstances should we ever go to war for any reason? How do you think war should be debated and declared in not by congress? All that being said yes congress is full of war mongering scum, but that is the fault of the American voter.

As far as Iran goes they have not threatened us and entered into a non nuclear proliferation treaty with the world and were honoring it. It was your orange god who does not believe in treaties and diplomacy that caused this mess.
