Hmmmm but cops didn't stop this and it seems locals captured him. Oh maybe you are being sarcastic because cops did nothing at all to stop this.

I think everyone is missing the point. An unknown crazed individual just plowed through the front of a laundromat with people outside. Then tried to back up (maybe try again?). A group of brave citizens risked their lives to jump in and stop him. They had to smash the window to get in, punch him and grab him to get him out. They then beat him till he submitted, called in the cops and waited till they showed up.

@stealthtrees96 Do you honestly think those people continuously beat him until the police showed up? Do you really have such a negative view of your fellow man? We are all just waiting for a chance to beat each other to death and the only thing stopping it is a cop?

@truecanuck97 What the hell are you talking about vigilante's? You want to know what would have happened had the cops been there and not those brave citizens? They would have gunned that driver down and probably hit some bystanders at the laundromat as well.
