  3.  @Deargodwhat  You made it red vs blue. I just stated the fact that the blue states have a wealthier population and the wealthy tend to live where the weather is nice. For these reasons homeless gather there. True it's not only blue states Florida has a massive homeless problem. There are literally homeless camped on every corner of any city in Florida. On the bright side I think we agree in general.
