  4.  @pwnsolo443  NOt sure why you keep saying credible evidence. We were not on the jury. The defense had every chance to present their case. The jury found him liable due to a preponderance of evidence. So yes there was a lot of credible evidence just not enough to prove beyond reasonable doubt in a criminal case. Let me try this again. He was found liable with a preponderance of evidence. preponderance of evidence, refers to how it was more likely than not that something occurred in a certain way. In other words a jury listened to the evidence provided and decided he was most likely guilty.

Crimes must generally be proved "beyond a reasonable doubt," whereas civil cases are proved by lower standards of proof, such as "the preponderance of the evidence." The term, "the preponderance of evidence," refers to how it was more likely than not that something occurred in a certain way.
