Thank you for agreeing with me that it is a direct violation of the first amendment and enacts a virtual police state where the police can be judge, jury and executioner. It's amazing to me that so many Americans think they love freedom while supporting the most anti American policies. Once they eliminate the freedom of speech and freedom to peacefully assemble what will be next? Go ahead and keep encouraging them to pass laws like this and then scream outrage when the other side comes to power and uses them against you.

  25. Oh in addition the bill makes it so that if you are at what has been considered a riot and a crime is committed then everyone in the crowd is guilty of that crime. So for instance you are walking home through a crowd of protestors and the police shoot one of the protestors then everyone present is guilty of murder. That includes you if the police happen to mistake you for a protestor and arrest you (of course a protestor would deny he was actually there to protest). You know. America
