I agree and I understand why you like youTube. Unfortunately, YT has made the decision to embrace the mainstream and squash the independents that made them popular in the first place. In a few years YT will basically become television. It's not only political opinions it is any small channels. My views went from thousands to a few a day at this point. I never get recommended anymore. In my case it does not matter because I make no money from it anyway, but for creators who depend on income it is a disaster.
