  6. Climate change did start the fires. It's called lightening. Yes it is climate change. They are suffering from a period of unusually high moisture in the air caused by hot ocean waters and the storms. This caused the state to have enough moisture in the air to produce lightening storms but not enough to cause flooding rain to dampen the fires.
