  2.  @EdgelordOfEdginess  How are you being punished for anything? Getting some of that sweet vaccine money? For that matter why are we using tax dollars to fund Universities to develop the vaccines and then handing it over to the pharmaceutical industry to sell back to us? How about we allow generic versions of the vaccine for selfish reasons? Like maybe being able to travel again? Or how about avoiding the development of the next plague in countries that can't afford the vaccine?

  3.  @Luflandebrigade31  Of course many countries have the capability and are ready to roll. As far as buying up "rare raw materials". What rare materials might that be? If the elements are common and cheap does that change your mind?
