@skimask5049 Actually he tossed the gun aside and was not armed. If the cop is so badly trained he should not be on the force.

Come on man have a heart. It was a 13 yo raised in poverty who was killed for no reason. He complied and was killed anyway.

@Jonathan-yr3so You do realize cops are trained in shooting ranges so they know when to shoot and when not too. They simulate this type of scenario to avoid this kind of situation. The cop failed in his training and a boy is dead because of it. Make the argument it was a mistake. Don't make an argument it was justified.

@Jonathan-yr3so You know funny thing. Cops go through shooting range practice where they are placed in scenarios like this so they know not to just start shooting. In the old days they used pop up targets. Not sure what they use now. Point is they are trained to not do what that cop did. Doesn't matter there are always going to be types who will justify any thing done by cops. You can make an argument the cop made a mistake, but you can't make the argument it was justified.

@chanlamkha5766 Uh no. You should watch the video. He threw the gun behind the fence and then turned with his hands up. Gun was not near him when the cop shot him.

@chanlamkha5766 The cop can and will make that argument. He still failed in his training. Can make an argument it was an accident, but not that it was justified.
