What I wonder is have most Russians seen the devastation? For instance have they seen Mariupol? If so how can they justify that? As an American I had no control of what our government did in Iraq, but I can still condemn it and understand how wrong it is.

@leaselmary_sims2189 I'm sure you are intelligent enough to know that Ukraine or the United States was never going to invade Russia because it would mean the end of all life on earth. On top of that the Russian oligarchs and the western oligarchs were happy to be doing business with each other. Is there a valid complaint about the expansion of NATO? Sure and that is what diplomacy is for. Ukraine was never going to get into NATO. It would have taken at least ten years. Let's face it launching an attack on Ukraine under the pretext of helping them against Nazis is no better than the US using weapons of mass destruction as an excuse to invade Iraq. There is no justification for bombing and killing the people of Ukraine. This is all about Putin wanting his name in the record books.

@bipslone8880 Let's be serious here. The majority of world governments do not represent their people. Certainly not Russia and the United States. We have no real control over anything the government decides to do.
