@Redrgon25 It's a little late to educate ya'll but here goes. Tariffs are kept in place that are targeted tariffs. The purpose is to protect existing goods that we manufacture in the US. For example cars and electronics. This is to make our goods competitive to US consumers. Tariffs on goods we don't manufacture simply mean you pay more for those goods. Understand?

@Redrgon25 Sure. I will repeat myself. Targeted tariffs are a good idea in that they protect existing American manufacturing. Those are the tariffs that Biden has in place. Blanket tariffs on all imported goods cause rampant inflation because we do not manufacture everything. Like imported scotch? Gonna pay more for it. Italian cheese? paying more for it. TV's? Computers? groceries?... Gonna pay more for it. If you don't understand that then there is no hope. Wait and just rest comfortable in the knowledge you owned them libs.
