Russia does not have to do anything we are imploding on our own. The entire Russia narrative was dreamed up to avoid discussing the reasons Trump was elected. It was not Russia it was a rejection of neoliberalism. That my friend is a topic of conversation the establishment just does not want to have. If you looked a little into this you would quickly find that at no point was there any evidence that the Russian government had anything to do with the 2016 election and a few memes put out by a Russian businessman did not turn the election. Trump is the worse President in US history, but he was not a Manchurian candidate.
