Note also that eating all that grain will spike a lot of insulin (fat storage) in order to get the little bit of protein.

Heart attacks were rare in the U.S. until the advent of the low fate high carb diet especially with the introduction of seed (vegetable oils). Red meat and saturated Fata were never a problem. Meat consumption in this country is at an all time low while low nutrient plant and “whole grain” junk has been followed for years. Look at the result. Record levels of heart attacks, strokes, diabetes and cancer. Want to be healthy. Eat a diet rich in saturated fats, high quality protein and no veritable oils. Fruits are low in nutrients and mainly just raise thevbloos sugar requiring more insulin.

Gardner failed to mention that the critical vitamin B12 only comes from animal sources. Also it would be good to know how many grams of carbs would have to be consumed on order to get the full requirement go lysine and methionine from only plant sources, that can easily be had from a small package of beef. Gardner also spreads the usual propaganda as to the non existent “green house” gas claim. There is only 400 ppm CO2 in the atmosphere which is close to the minimum required for plants. Office environments typically exceed 1,000 ppm and submarines are allowed 5,000 ppm. CO2 actually has a slight cooling effect (not warming) in the atmosphere and is even used in some industrial applications as a refrigerant. The climate change narrative (formerly global warming) is really all about control, not the environment.

Gardner is wrong about cattle. These animals are ruminating packages of high quality nutrients. Most are grown on marginal land not used for anything else and because they are ruminants that can convert roughage and cellulose into high quality protein is amazing. Grains on the other hand to be grown at an intense level require huge amounts of arable land, most need lots of fertilizer and huge transportation and storage costs for the much lower nutrient value as cattle.

Plant protein is far inferior to high quality animal sources. Have to eat a lot more and then you end up with lots more grams of carbs because you ate a substandard protein. when all you had to do was eat a small piece of beed. Here is the science: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hJNF2_dCWkg

The U.S. has been on the low fat, low protein, high plant whole grain diet now for over 40 years. If this diet was working as the doctor claims we would have seen an improvement in cardiovascular disease, cancer and diabetes long ago. Yet all of these diseases are of epidemic proportions. Get off of seed (vegetable) oils first. Drastically cut carbs, especially whole grains and eat a diet high in saturated fats and high quality protein. Plants have always been for the poor and malnourished.

Your body is not at room temperature (unless your dead). The doctor fails to mention this fact. In the early 1900’s there was almost no myocardial infarctions. What did people eat. a high saturated, high protein diet.

Tim needs to explain how his claim of evolutionary advancement is supposed to have occurred. All organisms are coded with information at inception and there is no mechanism by which any can be added later. Mutations are errors that do not add any additional sequences but only drop or disrupt what is already there. The reason evolutionists cite Africa is only because that is where the chimps are that they claim humans evolved from

7 or 8 years and you still need a trainer?
2
All you are doing is eating a low nutrient, high carb diet, much of which is not even digested.
2
The quality of the meal is determined by the quality of the protein. Your’s is seriously deficient.

@moiraflint Yeah, but having a few nuts is not going to make up for the lac k of high quality animal protein and saturated fat.

@Lulu-kt6gr Recommend you check out professor Ben Bikman, Dr. Tim Noakes, Dr. Paul Mason and engineer Ivor Cummins. In 1921 Dr. Dudley White brought back the first EKG machine from Germany. Fellow doctors at Harvard laughed at him because heart disease was so rare. Same with diabetes and cancer. Life expectancy appeared to be lower because of higher childhood mortality. As an example the first 4 presidents of the U.S. died at 67, 90, 83 and 85. Washington would probably have lived many more years if not killed by his doctors.

Nuts are expensive. Besides Klaus (WEF) has already mandated that “you will own nothing” and eat zee bugs. Nuts are for the aristocratic “elite” parasite insiders.
1
Are you referring to the vegetarian and potato promoter Dr. who fell and broke his hip. Yeah, looks like it worked for him.

Its a big club nd you ain’t in it.

Lifespan today is actually going down in all developed countries. The only reason it had been going up until recently was because of a reduction in childhood mortality almost entirely due to improved nutrition and sanitation, nothing allopathic medicine has done . If one person lives to be a hundred and another one dies in the first few weeks, the average is fifty. A look at the average age of early presidents in the U.S. is a typical example. Bear in mind that medicine in the early 1800’s was entirely primitive and there was no such thing as supplements. George Washington lived to age 67 but would have almost certainly lived much longer had his idiot doctors not bleed him to death. Jefferson 83, Adams 90, Monroe 73, Madison who had smoked since he was eight died at 85. Then just as today, women usually lived quite a bit longer than men unless dying in child birth. Overall it is evident that there has been no “increase in lifespan” for most people. I suspect that Attia travels a lot which means disrupted sleep, abnormal schedules, poor eating situations and airport waiting time. None of this is conducive to optimum lifespan nor health span. Digging an early grave for yourself, huh attia.

The allopathic model of medicine looks primarily for external factors for disease and pushes the “germ” theory despite no pathogenic transmission having ever been proven. If their methods worked, CVD, cancer and diabetes would all be much better after decades and billions spent since Nixon’s war on cancer in the 1970’s. Instead life expectancy in all advanced countries is now actually going down because of The Who’s “just trust the science”model of big Pharma and get the jab.

The amount of poly unsaturated fats (omega 6) in nuts is not a problem as it is small and not processed like in seed (vegetable) oils. Calories are also not an issue for the great majority because your’e not going to eat that much. Both of you are nuts however about the need for fibre. Putting more fibre in the gut is like putting more cars in a traffic jam. Here is the truth about fibre: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DEx9foeADnc

Got to keep up the fake narrative. The statin poisons are the biggest selling drug in the world, 90 million suckers are taking these muscle stripping brain destroying poisons just in the U.S.

Wrong Brad. Sarcopenia is inevitable and everyone who lives long enough will get a big dose of it no matter what.

That must be why so many people on the waiting list in Canada drive over the border to Detroit.

If you look at the U.S. from the 1800’s to into the early 1900’s before the advent of seed (vegetable) oils and the reduction of saturated fats, the death rates from micardial infarction, diabetes and cancer were all very low. Plant diets are very deficient in quality proteins and in vitamins A,D,K and E. and most B vit. Critical B12 only comes from plants and plant sources of omega 3 are not absorbed well. Dr. Sardino MD has explained that you can get enough omega 3 from just eating meets. Beef tallow is especially good.

Of course I meant to type animal sources as to B12. Sorry about that egregious error.

Looking at all the comments, how many of these super octogenarians are going to make it to 100. Only about 0.0173% of the U.S. pop. And now since the “vaccine” that rate is dropping more each year.
