  1. The best way to learn a trade is to apprentice on the job. Most college technical training programs are a waste of time . The way that it should be structured is that after the 9th grade, kids that are not interested in pursuing academics (most high schools are primarily just do nothing jobs for teachers coaches and administrators) should be able to leave formal school and learn a trade in the real world.
