Explain why children who are protein resticted are smaller and weaker. This was the case after WW2 in Italy and Netherlands. Plant protein is much inferior to meat and you have to eat lots more to get enough nutrients compared to a tiny bit of beef.

We already knew all of that years ago.

I wouldn’t be too concerned. I expect there’s a lot more sizzle than steak. They’ve had a war on cancer now for 50 years. More cancer than ever.

@Ares-cp4se All the things you mention have been known long before Sinclair. It is also known that those things may give you maybe another 20 years but not 60. Studying the oldest people indicates that none of them fasted as a routine or took a bunch of exotic supplements, refrained from meat or did intensive exercising. I saw an interview of the woman in France (still the oldest person) years ago. She stated that when she was young she roller skated and played tennis for fun. She never had to work and she lived a moderate lifestyle. Her husband and her daughter had been dead for many years. I think that the key to her longevity was genetics because her father lived to almost 100 after WW2 when things were not easy. It also appears that centenarians have one thing in common. They get plenty of sleep.

@Ares-cp4se The Japanese especially in the longevity zone of Okinawa are going down hill fast as they adopt the western diet of high carbs (plants). The biggest factor here however are the seed (so called vegetable) oils: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7kGnfXXIKZM

Living on fantasy Island, huh Mon?

How many mutational diseases have they cured? Thats right, none. How’s that battle against cancer going? We now have more cancer than ever. Heart attacks since the “vaccine" are going through the roof. Mortality is actually going down in this country and I expect everywhere else as well. Yet we’re going to be living to 150. Yeah we believe that. Are Sinclair’s parents still living? If not, at what age did they die? Thats a good indication of when he will croak off also. In the mean time, forget about living a lot longer. Its not going to happen anyway. The woman in France years ago is still the oldest verified person at 121. Instead Sinclair should just work on finding a new “pathogen”, then design a “test” for it and then formulate a new “vaccine” with never ending boosters.

@juliomartinez7411 Okinawans are are now on the downhill run. Their primary benefit was that they did not consume much seed (vegetable) oils. Now as the western fast food diet is encroaching their life span is going down.
2
@yosh708 In all mammals the bigger ones don’t live as long. That a given. When we look at the oldest living people, none of them were vegans. In fact I don’t think there really are any real long term vegans. The diet low in nutrients, is deficient in vitamins ADKE and has no B12 which only comes from animal sources. Many claim they are vegan but they all cheat.
2
The main thing they're adding is more research dollars into their pocket. Eat low carb and get off the seed (vegetable) oils.

You should like up immediately for your booster.

It’s called the 4th industrial revolution, where you will own nothing. Kind of a repackaging of Marx’ (Moses Mordecai Levy) communist manifesto.

You will get plenty of behavioral modification when they cart you of to the high rise s**t hole in Agenda 21, where you will eat bugs, take cold showers and count your monthly carbon credits, while the elite are flying around in luxury jets and eating fillet mignon.

@NoWay1969 World population is already going to be in a sharp decline over the next few decades. This is inevitable. China is in fact facing a demographic disaster because of socialist planning, The population issue has really never been anything but a scam used (like climate change , formerly global warming) in order for the WEF crowd to gain more control. Even with the present world population (which is going to fall drastically) put everyone on earth, using the den site of Paris France, in a space the size of Texas. As far as inequity, get rid of big government scams that are crating fake wars, fake medical pathogens, giant bureaucracies and fiat banking cartel’s and the free market will do the rest.
1
@NoWay1969 The entire world’s population, at a density of Paris France could be put in an area the size if Texas. The demographics are already set. The world will soon be in steep decline. Some areas such as the worlds most populous country of China are soon headed for a demographic disaster of not enough young people. All of the problems you mention are not the result of expanding populations but rather expanding government controls by the Zionist elite that control them. The whole “climate change” great reset began originally in 1969 by The Rockefeller’s Club of Rome as “The New Ice Age”, then “Global Warming.” all invented by the same elites that you want to hand more power to. As far as water shortages here is the real situation. The city of Los Angeles currently dumps 50 million gallons of purified water every day back into the ocean. If just 1% of the water (even in the driest year) that fall in the Los Angeles basin was collected from the parking lots and roof tops and directed to an aquifer instead of drained away, there would be more water than the entire county could use. “Climate Change” as you say is a story. There is not one real peer reviewed scientific paper that shows that mankind contributes anything to the CO2. However it would certainly be good if they did because the current atmospheric level of 400 ppm is close to the minimum for plants. Office levels of CO2 often reach 1000 ppm and submarines are allowed 5000. Contrary to the environmental propaganda, we are now in a normal and moderate cooling cycle in which even more of the critical CO2 will be reabsorbed by the cooler oceans. There are no “fossil fuels.” The earths core generates these cost efficient high btu fuels. The only problem with them is that they don’t fit into the WEF’s plan for austerity and deprivation in their 4th industrial revolution model. There will always be inequality but the greatest good for the greatest number of people will only happen when we move away from the likes of Klaus and his repackaged communist manifesto and toward a true free market of independent individuals.

@StefRush “I don’t like the feeling of being ripped because it makes me feel like a monster.” What a bunch of s**t.

The supplement manufactures thank you very much!
1
@UncompressedWAVmusic I think that lots of the stuff Sinclair recommends is marginal at best. Eat a good diet, get sufficient exercise, plenty of sleep. None of the oldest people that I have looked at took very many supplements if any. Remember too that Sinclair has started marketing supplements.

Hope in one hand, s**t in the other and see which one fills up first.

They have poured trillions of tax money over the years into big Pharma (and Gates pocket). People are sicker than ever. Is this what you’re referring to?
1
@joshgroft5682 Yeah, like all those “bio labs” and WMD’s Saddam had. More “defense” money laundering for the insiders.

@cupidok2768 No. You got that graphene oxide flowing around through all your organs. New customer for “Cancer Centers of Amer."

No, just they’re hype.
