Really. I did not know that there was a "flat earth map". Does it preserve distances, directions and areas as a real map of a flat surface should or is it simply a projection of the globe?

@TheMastersHarvest Thank you for your reply. (1) You haven't answered my question which was "If The Earth is flat then where do you think that the Sun goes at night?" If the Sun is "above us" as you now state then it should be visible from all parts of a "flat earth". (2) You now state "The sun travels on a continuous circuit above us" but if that is the case then observers in different parts of the Earth would observe different parts of the Sun (viewing with the correct solar telescopes and filters of course) but this is not what is seen. (3) You state "The sun travels on a continuous circuit above us". This would result in large changes in the angular size of the Sun when viewed by an observer but the angular size of the Sun remains pretty constant for all observers. Is it possible that you have got something wrong? Take care.
