Certainly not one we can fix by throwing money at it. I think with the last election it is clear most americans are not into the climate change stuff. As long as china is pumping out the CO2 that it is, us changing anything makes no difference, and would only hurt the ecoonomy. My point is so what if the climate changes, nature and humans are adaptable, always have been.

Well I don't live near this road, but the traffic diverted from this stupid "road that wasn't broken but we fixing" thing, has cause my drive to work to go from the usual 15 minutes, to 45 minutes to an hour. And thats just me going north on capital to wake forest from my house. So this road construction causing problems extending out all across North Raleigh.
