  1. This is fake news. He was a citizen of El Salvador, in the u.s. illegally, and a member of a terrorist organization (which waives the 'normal' rights people have). We can't make El Salvador give us one of their citizens. That would be like them demanding we give them a U.S. citizen, who was living in El Salvador illegially. Doesn't work like that.
