  3. @Frosty - Stricter gun laws would also help the murder rate in Chicago.....BUT, because those are largely minorities killing minorities conservatives are fine with it continuing.

  5.  @soulknife20  - I wonder if this isn't some backdoor way conservatives are trying to finally destroy public schools like they've always wanted? How many teachers are gonna put up with this? The GOP might be hoping for that.
