Briefing the "Gang of 8" is not an indictment.....and i doubt there will ever be one. Not indicting Trump to avoid making it look political is still making it political. The DOJ doesn't have the stones to apply the rule of law.

We already know the DOJ fully admitted they didn't indictment Trump for Stormy Daniels hush money payments under campaign finance violations because they "hoped somebody else would do it". Pull your head out of your ass. He'll never be indicted, and you're an idiot for thinking he will be.

@Iseerightthruyou - The DOJ is not incompetent.....they just choose to leave their sworn oath to uphold the law at home. They don't have the ability to do their jobs.....and it will be the final nail in the coffin for the USA.

@Iseerightthruyou - Prosecuting 900 MAGA trailer park dwellers is not even close to indicting a former POTUS. Surely somebody as intelligent as you sees that? It's your prerogative to keep hoping, but don''t be surprised when you're disappointed. I'd love nothing more than for Trump to go down in flames....but it takes somebody with actual guts to do that....and that's not The U.S. DOJ.
