Why should that matter? The crimes were committed while he was a citizen, and he was tried and convicted as a citizen. Who cares if he's a candidate? Time to face your punishment. Now everybody will run for office because apparently that gives you a pass.

@gavinjenkins899 - His whole goal was to push this passed the election.....and all the judges granted his wish. That's a pass. If he wins the SC will move this to federal court, and then he'll be able to pardon himself.
