I would hope so. The defendant should NOT get to pick the judge. I don't give a shit if he was POTUS......he's a common criminal.....and should be treated as such.

Exactly. There is such a mountain of evidence in 4 different cases (NY, GA, 1/6, classified documents) that if he doesn't get a single indictment we might as well turn out the lights on the USA cause our legal system is null and void.
