I think it's safe to say we can write this case off. There will never be justice while Cannon is acting as Trump's defense attorney. At least there are 3 others.

@bryanvanloo5454 - I wouldn't go that far. Tanya Chutkan is not a MAGA judge like Cannon, and co-defendants are already flipping on him in Georgia.

@prodemocracyseth - I think if he was focused on this case he would've had her removed already. She may not ever make an "illegal" ruling. She may just slow walk this thing forever. Which is all he wants. Just has to extend to November 2024.

@stormshadax - Yea......but we aren't a former POTUS. Issuing a gag order isn't the same thing as sentencing a case. I know it sucks, but this is where we are at. Just because they won't enforce a gag order doesn't mean he'll get off on everything.

@prodemocracyseth - I don't disagree with that, and in fact you proved my point by admitting this case isn't as strong or important as the Jan 6th case.

@thesaw9988 - In April in my state of Wisconsin we elected a liberal justice to our State Supreme Court. The Republicans in our state legislature are trying to impeach her before she has even ruled on a single case. So....even when we elect judges we make a mess out of it.

@prodemocracyseth - I think we're on the same page. Every case against Trump is strong just based solely on his own (sometimes accidental) confessions. His sense of entitlement means he's committed all these crimes out in the open with paper trails cause he TRULY believes he should never have to face consequences.

@goodpainlive1 - He won't see prison time, but he will be convicted. I say a total of 10 years suspended sentence.

@thesaw9988 - She is Judge Aileen Cannon. She is the judge assigned to Trump's classified documents case. She is making rulings that favor Donald Trump instead of following the legal precedent. Basically she's helping him delay the case.
