@TheCocoaDaddy - As i understand it there are 30 billion in federal funds allocated to this very situation. However, in like 6-8 months only 4 billion has been processed. As for property taxes here in Wisconsin.....you can pay them annually, or you can escrow them in your monthly mortgage payment. Don't know about anywhere else.

@TheCocoaDaddy - I didn't know where the hold up was, just that there is one. Thanks for the info. As far as rental vs single family differences i don't know. Even though i'm in my 50's i'm a renter. I'm divorced, and my kids are grown so i'm keeping it downsized for now. I've been lucky to have been working this whole pandemic so i'm current, but i feel for BOTH sides that aren't as fortunate. Instead of just a tenet focused moratorium, we should have made one where both landlords and tenets were made whole. in my opinion.

@sugadagud3093 - The problem is that there is 30 billion of federal funds to be distributed to both landlords, and tenets to each be made whole. However, to date, only 4 billion has been processed in like 6-8 months.
