@ 'nearly' 10. he was a month away from his tenth birthday. hence the word 'nearly'. and a nine year old can most certainly fracture a six year olds skull with a mag lite. never said it was the COD. and there are handwriting experts who think the handwriting is a match. if you disagree, take it up with them, not me.
